Ingredients
  

For the Espresso
  • 2 shots shots of espresso Or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
For the Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Adjust more to taste
For the Drink
  • 1 cup oat milk Or any milk of your choice
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes For serving
  • 1 dash cinnamon or vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and set it aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the brown sugar and pour the warm espresso over it to dissolve.
  3. Shake until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Mixing
  1. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and pour in the oat milk.
  2. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until frothy and chilled.
Serving
  1. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract if desired.
