Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Set your Instant Pot to the sauté mode and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Cooking
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure and cook for 35 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method.
- Open the lid and stir in the frozen peas if desired.
- Let the stew sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
