Preparation
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
- Using a small scoop or spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between each.
- Freeze the tray for about 1 to 2 hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave until smooth, stirring in between.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and place it back on the tray.
- Add toppings if desired before the chocolate sets.
- Return the tray to the freezer for another 15-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

These bites can be made with flavored yogurt for added variety. For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave syrup and use dairy-free chocolate chips. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
