Ingredients
  

For the cold brew
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mint syrup adjust for intensity; or use fresh mint muddled
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative almond, oat, or dairy are all great
  • to taste cubes Ice cubes
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • optional Whipped cream for extra flair

Preparation
  1. Begin by brewing some cold brew coffee if you haven't already — simply mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water and let it steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
  2. Once you have your cold brew ready, grab your favorite glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the cold brew coffee until the glass is about three-quarters full.
  4. Drizzle in your chocolate syrup. You can adjust this based on how chocolaty you want your drink.
  5. Add the mint syrup. If you enjoy a more pronounced mint flavor, consider adding fresh muddled mint leaves.
  6. Gently stir everything to ensure the flavors meld together beautifully.
  7. Pour in your milk or milk alternative, leaving some room at the top for garnish.
  8. Top off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate or some more mint if desired.

Notes
