  • 1 cup almond milk Can substitute with oat milk or regular milk.
  • 1 ripe peach (diced) Canned peaches can be used; ensure they are drained.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Honey can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon May add nutmeg for extra flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt
Optional Toppings
  • sliced almonds Use as desired.
  • whipped cream Use as desired.
  • a dollop of yogurt Use as desired.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until everything is blended beautifully.
  2. Gently fold in the diced peach. If you’re using canned peaches, make sure to drain them well.
  3. Divide the oat mixture into two separate jars or containers.
  4. Cover the jars and place them in the fridge. Allow them to soak overnight.
  5. The next morning, give your oats a good stir. Top them with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
