- Incorporate the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract until the mixture is fudgy and smooth.
- Scoop a tablespoon of batter onto the lined baking sheet, create an indentation, fill it with peanut butter, and top with more batter.
Baking and Cooling
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are slightly gooey.
- Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
