  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed and resembling wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Transfer the crust to the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
Filling
  1. Beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing well until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract gently, ensuring the mixture remains light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chilling
  1. Allow the pie to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours; overnight is best for firming up and easier slicing.
