Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined, creating a thick dough.
  5. Dust a clean surface with flour and turn out the dough. Knead lightly until manageable.
  6. Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
  7. Transfer the bagels onto a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
