Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Use your preferred flavor for added sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup nuts (chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans) Choose your favorite nuts for texture.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or freeze-dried) Customize with your favorite berries.
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips Or your favorite type of chocolate.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and stir until well blended.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
Topping
  1. Sprinkle the mixed berries and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt layer.
Freezing
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least four hours or until firm.
  2. Once firm, break the bark into pieces and enjoy.

Notes
