  • 1 cup 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a store-bought crust, place it in a 9-inch pie plate and set it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the center is set but still jiggles slightly. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Serving
  1. Serve each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy with coffee or warm spiced cider.
