Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt, and stir until blended.
  4. Use a hand mixer or high-speed blender to whip the filling until it’s light and fluffy.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake the pie for about 45 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  2. Let it rest at room temperature, then refrigerate for a couple of hours to chill completely.
