- Gather your ingredients and prep the vegetables by slicing and dicing them for quick cooking.
Cooking
- Heat about two tablespoons of oil in your wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add your protein of choice and cook. If using chicken, cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. For shrimp, cook until they turn pink, and for tofu, cook until crispy.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds.
