Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded Feel free to use store-bought or homemade.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or spinach work well.
  • 1 cup fresh greens Spinach, arugula, or mixed greens.
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced Any color you love.
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced Optional but oh-so-good!
  • ½ cup shredded cheese Cheddar, feta, or your preferred cheese.
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing Or any dressing you prefer.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
Optional Additions
  • Diced tomatoes Optional addition.
  • Red onion Optional addition.
  • Beans For a heartier wrap.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients so everything is close at hand.
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces if not already done.
Assembly
  1. Take a large tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous spoonful of ranch dressing across the center, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  3. Add a handful of fresh greens, followed by the sliced bell pepper and cucumber.
  4. If using avocado, sprinkle those slices on next.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of cheese on top, and season with a hint of salt and pepper.
  6. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Slice the wrap in half for easy munching.
  8. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Notes
