Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. If using no-boil noodles, skip this step.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
Assembly
- Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Place three noodles side by side, then add half of the seafood mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the process with another layer of noodles, half of the remaining marinara sauce, and the other half of the seafood mixture.
- Finish with one last layer of noodles, followed by the remainder of the marinara sauce, and a generous topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil (shiny side down) and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Final Steps
- Once out of the oven, let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with reserved parsley before serving.

Notes
This lasagna can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. It also freezes well; just make sure to cover tightly before freezing. For variations, consider adding spinach, sautéed mushrooms, or a creamy white sauce instead of marinara.
