Preparation
  1. Cut the beef sirloin into uniform bite-sized pieces, ensuring they cook evenly.
  2. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In your slow cooker, melt the butter before adding the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Let it sit for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Toss the beef bites into the mixture and stir gently to coat each piece in the garlic butter blend.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for about 6 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. When done, the beef should be fork-tender and filled with garlic flavor.
Serving
  1. Serve the beef bites straight from the slow cooker, optionally garnishing with chopped parsley.
