- Introduce the cubed brisket, cooking until browned on all sides.
Cooking
- Add the canned tomatoes, beans, and all spices—chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and allow the flavors to blend for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and add brown sugar, stirring again.
- Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for at least an hour.
- Stir occasionally and adjust consistency according to preference.
