  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works beautifully)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for more heat if desired)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for a sharper flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Optionally, sprinkle extra cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  2. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
