  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients and whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to a zip-top bag, pour in the marinade, and let it soak for at least 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
  1. Slice the chicken, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
