  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option) Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger (fresh or jarred)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds For garnish
  • to taste Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sesame oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and minced ginger to the bowl. Mix until the cauliflower is generously coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the florets.
  2. Roast for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
  3. When golden brown, remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Notes
