- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sesame oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and minced ginger to the bowl. Mix until the cauliflower is generously coated.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the florets.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- When golden brown, remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup. You can also use this sauce with tofu or brussels sprouts. Try adding Sriracha for a spicy kick or use pre-cut cauliflower for convenience.
