  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons) Juice should be fresh for best results.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 4 cups cold water Can substitute with sparkling water for a fizzy version.
  • Ice cubes For serving.
  • Lemon slices and fresh strawberries for garnish (optional) Adds a nice presentation.

Preparation
  1. Blend the strawberries in a blender until they form a smooth puree.
  2. Pour the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove the seeds and pulp.
  3. Squeeze the lemons until you have about a cup of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Combine the strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Pour in the cold water, stirring until all ingredients are fully combined.
  6. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
  7. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh strawberries for garnish.

Notes
