  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 1 cup strawberry liqueur Can substitute with any fruity liqueur.
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Can replace with raspberries or peach slices.
  • 1 cup club soda (or sparkling water) Add just before serving for fizz.
  • 1 cup whipped cream vodka Can use non-dairy whipped cream vodka for a vegan option.
  • as needed Fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional garnish for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the fresh strawberries and place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the rosé wine and strawberry liqueur, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Add the whipped cream vodka and stir again.
  4. Top the mixture with club soda for fizz.
  5. Let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Serving
  1. Fill wine glasses with ice and pour in the chilled Strawberry Shortcake Sangria.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
