  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
Dairy
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt (dairy-free yogurt can be substituted)

  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust for sweetness

  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract Add more if desired
  • 1 pinch salt To enhance flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hull and dice the fresh strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until fully blended and creamy.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries until well intermixed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone molds. Optionally, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut.
Freezing
  1. Pop the tray into the freezer and let the bites chill for about 2-3 hours until completely firm.
  2. Once set, gently remove the yogurt bites from the tray by running warm water over the bottom of the tray if necessary.
