Preparation
- Dissolve each Jello flavor separately by mixing the gelatin powder with a cup of boiling water until fully melted. Stir in a cup of cold water for both the strawberry and mixed berry Jello, allowing each mixture to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain its light, airy texture.
Assembly
- In a rectangular glass dish, pour in half of the strawberry Jello mixture and allow it to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once set, spread half of the cream cheese layer on top, followed by a layer of fresh berries.
- Repeat the process by adding the remaining strawberry Jello, letting it chill once more before layering with the mixed berry Jello.
- Once that sets, finish with the last cream cheese layer and additional berries on top for a beautiful presentation.
