Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup chopped green onions for sharpness
  • ½ cup raisins or cranberries for sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by shredding the cabbage and carrots. You can use a food processor or a grater.
  2. Place the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large mixing bowl. Add any optional ingredients if desired.
Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the dressing over the shredded veggies and mix thoroughly to coat.
Chilling
  1. Let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
