  • 2 cups fresh strawberries You can also use frozen.
  • 1 count banana A perfect natural sweetener.
  • 1 cup yogurt Use Greek yogurt for added creaminess or non-dairy options for a vegan take.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, depending on your sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 cup milk Dairy or plant-based—oat milk works great!
  • as needed cups Ice Adjust based on your texture preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries under cool water, removing the green tops. Skip this step if using frozen strawberries.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.
Blending
  1. Place strawberries and banana into your blender. Add yogurt, honey (if using), milk, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
Final Touches
  1. Taste the smoothie. Add more honey or syrup if desired and blend again.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Optionally garnish with chia seeds or a slice of fresh strawberry.
