Preparation
- Start by washing and cutting your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Make sure to keep everything ready because stir-frying moves quickly!
Cooking
- Place a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle in the vegetable oil once it's hot.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until they become aromatic.
- Add the carrots and broccoli; stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes to soften slightly.
- Then add the bell peppers and snap peas, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until all veggies are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour this sauce over the veggies and toss to coat evenly.
- Squeeze lime juice directly over the stir-fry and toss everything together for about 1 minute to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer your colorful stir-fry to a serving dish, garnishing with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
Feel free to swap out veggies based on what you have on hand. For a protein boost, add some tofu or cooked chicken strips. For heat, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
