Preparation
  1. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until everything is well incorporated.

  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for about 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Once ready to serve, give the pudding a good stir and layer it in glasses or bowls.
