Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional) Adds extra zing if desired
  • Sparkling water or club soda, to taste
  • Ice cubes

  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve if a more refined texture is preferred.
  3. Pour the watermelon juice into a pitcher.
  4. Fold in the fresh mint leaves and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the mint to infuse its flavor.
