Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow chili sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until nicely blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down, spacing them apart.
- Drizzle or brush the chili mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
Cooking
- Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Rest the salmon for a couple of minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
