  • 2 cups almond flour Low-carb flour alternative.
  • 2 large eggs For binding and moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder For leavening the bread.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder.
  4. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture until just combined.
  5. Transfer the dough into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle any optional herbs or spices on top.
Baking
  1. Bake the bread for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling
  1. Allow the bread to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
