For the corn
  • 4 ears ears of fresh corn (husked and cleaned)
For the garlic herb butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation
  1. Husk the corn and remove any silk, rinsing them under cool water.

  4. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly before serving.
